Load it

Place small pieces of food—like bolognese, curry or quinoa — into the sieve.

Smoosh it

Grab a teaspoon and press the food through the sieve. It takes a minute but good things take a bit of effort.

Scoop it

Scoop the excess puree from the back of the sieve into the pot.

Serve it

Serve perfectly smooth purée then close the lid and throw back in your bag.
